50 desktops within your organisation then we will
recommend to have one good server with Windows
Server "Small Business Edition" which comes with
exchange and SQL software included. Therefore, by
having a single server you can run several
applications concurrently. Larger companies prefer
to have a separate server for File Server, a
separate server for Exchange and another server for
SQL database.
"Small
Business Edition" saves you a lot of money in cost
of hardware. However, Virtualisation technology
allow us to install several servers on the same
physical system, saving in power consumption and
hardware cost.
Exchange will unify all
the company communications and you will have central
control on all emails for protection and applying
security to all the systems. In addition, Exchange
provides remote access to your emails, hence you
have access to your emails on the go. We
support Exchange versions 2000 and 2003 and 2007.
